This policy explains how Your Peak Potential may collect, store, process, share or transfer your data when you use our website or give us your contact details at events. This policy does not apply to any online services or websites that we do not own or control. Our online shop is hosted by Woocommerce, and your financial transaction through Woocommerce are processed by Paypal.  Your data is stored through Woocommerce & paypals storage, databases and applications. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. Your personal data will also be stored in our Hubspot account until you unsubscribe from our mailing list, which you can do anytime by  pressing the ‘unsubscribe’ button when you receive a Your Peak Potential Newsletter. If you do receive any unwanted emails please accept our apologies and let us know immediately and politely as we really do not want to be sending you stuff you don’t want.

What personal data do we collect?

We take your privacy seriously and will only use the personal information you provide when you fill in forms on our website to administer your account and to provide the goods, services or information you have requested. By providing information like your name, email address, postal address and telephone number you agree to us contacting you with regards to the goods, services and information you request.
When you provide us with personal information to sign up for a course or class, complete a transaction, verify your bank card details, place an order or ask for information, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.  If you are using our website to apply for a training course, the personal information collected on the application form is only used for the purpose of administering that course.
Some forms on our website may also include a check box asking you for permission to add you to our mailing list. If you opt-in, your personal information will be used solely by us to send you information about new yoga classes, courses, workshops and other updates.

If you make a purchase from the website Woocommerce & PayPal process your bank card payments for us. We operate as sole traders, so no third party could acquire Your Peak Potential so your data cannot be passed onto any third party in this way.

We will retain your personal data for as long as is necessary for the required service to be provided to you.  All retained personal data is subject to the controls of our internal data protection policy which is required to be adhered to by Your Parinama and will be securely disposed of when it is considered to be of no further use.
